It’s a place to gather, get guidance and support and work towards clarity, focus and lasting inner peace.

My name is Kim Fuller and I will be your guide. I am a student of Buddhism, an artist, writer and public speaker. Meditation has been a regular practice for me for over 13 years and I have found it to be particularly helpful, especially during these challenging times we are in. Enjoy the recorded meditations below or join us live on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:00 AM on Zoom and Facebook Live and Sunday mornings at 10:00 AM. Information is below.

Believe me I get it. I have the same desire and I have found a way to get there; through mindfulness and meditation.

Western culture has slowly but surely adopted meditation into the mainstream with everyone from, business executives, artists, scientists, military personnel, teachers and students practicing on a regular basis.  Even with this popularity, however, there are still barriers that keep people from trying meditation or sustaining their practice.

Bust the myths on meditation:

1.     I can’t quiet my mind.

2.     It’s too hard.

3.     It takes too long to see benefits.

4.     Meditation feels like escapism.

5.     I don’t have enough time.

6.     Meditation is a spiritual or religious practice.

7.     I’m supposed to have a transcendent experience in meditation.

 I am here to help you bust these myths and build a practice you can live with and actually enjoy.  You might even ‘crave’ it.  When you have someone to guide you it can be more enjoyable and I will help you understand what you’re experiencing and move through any roadblocks or barriers that have kept you feeling frustrated in the past.  Let’s not make it too complicated.

The benefits of this guided meditation group:

1.     Twice a week guided meditations (live on zoom) that help you stay focused and centered and consistent with your practice.

2.     I will be here to clear up confusions, answer your questions and remove any roadblocks or barriers that keep you feeling stuck.

3.     You will be given various tools to set up your regular practice, help you stay on track and gain the clarity and focus you so need.

4.     You will be among a group of supportive meditators (even online) who will give you a sense of connection, acceptance and an understanding that we all

want the same thing; inner peace and happiness in our lives.

5.     The comfort and ease of practicing in your own home. You can even stay in your robe and slippers.

6.     Unlimited access to all the recorded sessions.


 

How your wisdom building will happen:

We will meet on Zoom for each mindfulness meditation session on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:00 AM and Sundays at 10:00 AM.  All sessions will be recorded and uploaded here. You can access them anytime if you miss a session or want to re-listen to a meditation.  While on the group Zoom platform you will have the option to show your face or not, so no need to worry about how your “meditation face” looks or if you have major bedhead.

There will be time for some conversation but there is also a chat box where you can ask questions of me before each meditation and I will answer as many as I can at the end of each session.
